Job Title: International BPO Sales Executive Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹5.6 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of international sales experience Education: Graduation is mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International BPO Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for reaching out to international clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound international sales calls and emails to prospective clients Understand customer requirements and present appropriate products or services Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of international sales experience in a BPO or similar environment Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English Must be a graduate in any discipline Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office What We Offer: Attractive salary package of ₹5.6 LPA Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment Ongoing training and development Growth and career advancement opportunities.
