Job Description: 

We're looking for a results-driven International Sales & Customer Success Executive/ Senior Executive to join our team at Aimlay. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support to our international clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert new leads and pursue sales opportunities in international markets 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products/services 

- Provide proactive customer support, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience 

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of our international business 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in international sales, customer support, or BPO industry 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities 

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
