Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Engage with international leads and

    convert inquiries into admissions

    for higher education programs.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end admission counselling process

    for international students and professionals.
  • Identify

    new business opportunities

    in target markets such as the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Consultative Counselling

  • Understand client requirements and recommend

    appropriate educational programs

    .
  • Provide accurate information on courses, universities, and admission procedures.
  • Ensure a

    high-quality customer experience

    throughout the admission journey.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

    .
  • Work on

    lead follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

    .
  • Convert leads from

    digital campaigns and referrals

    into successful enrollments.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the

    CRM system

  • Provide

    regular updates and reports

    to the team lead/manager on sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    in International Sales.
  • Excellent

    English communication and persuasion skills
