Australia Shift (5:00 AM 2:00 PM) | 5 Days/Week

Salary (CTC):

Up to 9 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement

About the Role

International Sales Associates (Individual Contributors)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound international sales calls (Australia market focused).
Apply scripted and relationship-based selling techniques.
Address customer queries, objections, and offer cross-selling/upselling solutions.
Maintain CRM records with 100% data accuracy.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Foster a positive team environment and contribute to floor culture.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum
2 years of international outbound sales experience
(AU/UK/US preferred).
Strong English communication skills with a
neutral accent
.
Experience with dialers preferred.
Sales-driven with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Interest in wine products will be an added advantage.
Must reside
within 25 km radius of Faridabad office
.
