Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced International Project Manager to join our team at Hooqx Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sector V). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing international projects, handling global clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee international projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with global clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication.
• Develop project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, technical, sales, and operations.
• Ensure project quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
• Handle client escalations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain documentation related to project execution, communication, and delivery.

Educational Qualification
