The Role

pure sales revenue-focused role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  global outreach & campaigns

  across LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain

  high-value prospect databases

  .
• Lead

  membership onboarding, revenue growth, and partner relationships

  .
• Contribute to

  content ideas, digital campaigns, and performance tracking

  .
• Take full ownership of

  lead generation, funnel building, and conversions

  .

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years).
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to build a career in

  international sales & marketing

  .
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Independent, disciplined, and ready for a

  startup environment

  .

Compensation Structure

Assessment Period (First 30 days):

From Month 2 onward:

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000
• Performance Bonus: ₹10,000

• Total Remuneration:

  ₹50,000+ per month
