Job Description

International Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    international marketing and sales strategies

    for marble inlay and marble-based products
  • Identify, approach, and convert

    overseas buyers, distributors, importers, architects, and interior designers

  • Handle

    end-to-end export sales cycle

    : lead generation, negotiation, pricing, order closure, and coordination
  • Generate leads through

    emails, LinkedIn, B2B portals, trade platforms, exhibitions, and digital outreach

  • Manage international client communication via

    email, calls, video meetings, and presentations

  • Prepare and share

    product catalogues, quotations, samples, and proposals

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders
  • Conduct

    market research

    on global trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
  • Build and maintain

    long-term relationships with international clients

  • Achieve monthly and annual

    export sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in

    international marketing / export sales

    (preferably in marble, stone, furniture, handicrafts, or luxury products)
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B international markets

    (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.)
  • Excellent

    English communication and negotiation skills

  • Hands-on experience with

    international lead generation and client acquisition

  • Comfortable working independently and owning revenue targets
  • Knowledge of

    export documentation, incoterms, pricing, and payment terms

    is a strong plus
  • Experience using

    LinkedIn, B2B portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART Global, etc.)

    , and CRM tools
