We are looking for an International Marketing Manager who can build global demand, generate qualified leads, and convert them into consistent export sales while working from our India office. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international marketing and sales strategies for marble inlay and marble-based products Identify, approach, and convert overseas buyers, distributors, importers, architects, and interior designers Handle end-to-end export sales cycle : lead generation, negotiation, pricing, order closure, and coordination Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, B2B portals, trade platforms, exhibitions, and digital outreach Manage international client communication via email, calls, video meetings, and presentations Prepare and share product catalogues, quotations, samples, and proposals Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders Conduct market research on global trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in international marketing / export sales (preferably in marble, stone, furniture, handicrafts, or luxury products) Strong understanding of B2B international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.) Excellent English communication and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with international lead generation and client acquisition Comfortable working independently and owning revenue targets Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, pricing, and payment terms is a strong plus Experience using LinkedIn, B2B portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART Global, etc.) , and CRM tools What We Are Looking For Someone who can SELL internationally , not just do marketing A self-driven professional who understands luxury / handcrafted / export-focused products Strong follow-up skills and ability to close high-value international orders Long-term mindset to grow export markets for the company What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a premium export-oriented product line Direct exposure to global markets and high-value international clients Stable, long-term role with growth into Head – International Business
