Job Title: International Sales and Marketing Specialist Company: Efforts IMPEX Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Efforts IMPEX is seeking an experienced International Sales and Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of over 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international sales growth, building relationships with key global markets, and developing strategic marketing plans. Fluency in English is required, with French or Arabic being highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for international markets to drive revenue growth.
•
Identify and build relationships with key distributors, agents, and partners globally.
•
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
•
Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
•
Collaborate with product development and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
•
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to potential clients.
•
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to ensure objectives are met.
•
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.
•
Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
•
Proven experience in penetrating new markets and driving significant sales growth.
•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•
Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or Arabic is highly preferred.
•
Strong understanding of global trade regulations and international business practices.
•
Ability to travel internationally as required.
•
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
