International Events Manager – Outbound Travel Roadshow

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, coordinate, and execute international outbound roadshows across

multiple destinations

 Liaise with tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure

seamless event execution

 Manage logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, vendor

coordination, and on-site operations

 Represent the organization at global trade shows and networking events

 Prepare event briefs, post-event reports, and ROI analysis

 Ensure brand consistency and high-quality presentation across all events

Required Skills & Experience

 4–5 years of hands-on experience in international event planning or travel

roadshows

 Proven track record of managing multi-city or multi-country events

 Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 Comfortable with frequent international travel and working across time zones

 Familiarity with CRM tools, event software, and budgeting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
