Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for an International E-Commerce Manager. The role involves managing global e-commerce operations, developing and implementing international market entry strategies, and overseeing online sales performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with global partners, optimizing product listings, analyzing market trends, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for inventory management, logistics, and marketing strategies will be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong business negotiation skills with a focus on building partnerships in international markets
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret e-commerce performance data and market trends
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with global teams and partners
• Proven experience in customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales and achieving revenue targets in e-commerce or international markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
