Description

We are looking for an International Customer Support representative to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Document all customer interactions in the support system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of international markets and cultural sensitivity.
