Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for providing support to end users in the Indian market regarding inquiries related to HRMS software through various channels like phone calls, emails, tickets, and remote assistance. You will also be required to provide software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform data migration tasks, and conduct product (software) training for end users. Your role will involve resolving customer technical issues promptly and professionally, participating in ad-hoc projects, and offering consultancy services on HRMS software. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to end users on HRMS software inquiries via phone call, email, ticket, and remote assistance. - Offer software technical assistance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. - Perform data migration tasks. - Conduct product (software) training for end users. - Resolve customer technical issues promptly and professionally. - Participate in ad-hoc projects. - Provide consultancy services on HRMS software. - Implement best practices to enhance response time, issue resolution, and ticket management. - Optimize workflows to prevent backlogs and ensure smooth team operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. - IT Support, Helpdesk, Onsite, Desktop support system experience preferred. - Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills would be advantageous. - Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role. - Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. - Prior experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Onsite, Desktop support system preferred. In this role, you will be expected to work in the general shift from 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with mandatory office attendance. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at our office in Madurai.,
