Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
• Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to handle international clients across time zones
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in BPO/KPO/International calling preferred
• Graduation (any stream) preferred
• Freshers are welcome
