Job Description

In this role as a Customer Service Representative in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues via various chat services such as chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging. Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, turning their experience from average to outstanding. You will work under the guidance of the Team Lead, contributing not only to customer satisfaction but also to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming communications from customers promptly. - Connect with customers and address their issues using written communication exclusively. Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of customer service experience; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply. - Strong written communication skills, demonstrating good grammar and spelling. - A High School Diploma. - Proficiency in using computers. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
