* About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Do you have excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a global environment? We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team!

*Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools accordingly

* You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• A passion for customer service and problem-solving
• Willingness to work in international time zones (US/UK/AU)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Prior BPO or international voice/chat experience (preferred, not mandatory)

* Education:
Minimum: HSC / Graduate in any stream
