Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and customer calls for international clients
Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries and concerns
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses
Follow call center scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
