Log call details and customer information accurately in internal systems
Achieve performance targets related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal support teams for efficient issue resolution
1 to 10 years of experience in International BPO, Voice Process, or Customer Service
Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
Basic computer knowledge with good typing proficiency
