Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
  • Provide real-time solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log interactions accurately in CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
  • Meet defined service metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines for data protection.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc.).
  • Experience:

    Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer service/BPO.
  • Communication Skills:

  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
  • Good written English for documentation and basic email/chat interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, internet usage).
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
