International Customer Care Executive

We are actively seeking a motivated International Customer Support Executive to support our US US Logistics Teams. This position requires working night shifts to align with US business hours. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be ready to handle challenges in a dynamic environment, and contribute to our team's success by ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Support our Team with candidate inquiries, application processing, and providing updates on job statuses.
• Assist our US Logistics Team by managing inquiries related to shipments, delivery statuses, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, job openings, and logistics processes.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in an international setting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• High school diploma required; further education will be considered a plus.

Shift:

• Night shift to align with US business hours.
• 5 days working per week.
