Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Chat Process
Added Advantage: Experience in a Telecom Chat Process

Communication Skills

Voice: B2 level (equivalent to Versant 60)
Written English: B2 level (equivalent to Versant 60)

Technical Skills

Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office & Internet applications
Mandatory: Dual Chat experience in a B2C domain (BPO)
