International Collections, 3rd Party Voice Process

International 3rd Party Collections (Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum
1 year of experience in International Collections (Only 1st Party or 3rd Party Collections experience is eligible).
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written).
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and manage high-pressure calls.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound & inbound calls for
1st / 3rd Party Collections
.
Negotiate and resolve overdue payments in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with US debt collection regulations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Work Days:
5 Days Working
Shift:
Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off
Salary:
25,000 39,000 (in-hand)
