International Collection Process- Lending

The role of Third-Party Collection Process Lending (International Voice) in Mumbai is a full-time position with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, interacting with international customers, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining compliance. It is essential that candidates applying for this role have a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience. Your key responsibilities will include handling the third-party collection process in the lending domain for international customers, consistently achieving monthly/quarterly recovery targets, providing professional and courteous customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance collection strategies and success rates. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of international voice process experience. Prior experience in collections, lending, accounts receivable, or BPO international voice is preferred. Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are crucial, along with the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Good computer proficiency for data entry and reporting is also required.
