About the Role:

We are hiring for our client in the Third-Party Collection Process – Lending, based in Mumbai. This role involves managing overdue accounts, interacting with international customers, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining compliance. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle third-party collection process – lending domain for international customers.
• Contact debtors via outbound calls/emails to recover overdue payments.
• Negotiate and arrange settlements/payment plans while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payments.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly recovery targets consistently.
• Ensure professional and courteous customer service at all times.
• Work closely with the team to improve collection strategies and success rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (mandatory).
• Prior experience in collections / lending / accounts receivable / BPO international voice preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Good computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
