Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product to clearly communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with leads, addressing queries and providing a consultative sales approach.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations highlighting how the product meets specific customer requirements.
  • Closing Deals: Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to strengthen sales pitches.
  • Feedback Sharing: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1.5–2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or startup sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and effectively present products/services.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
