Title: Chat support executive / Sr. Chat support executive- Chat process

Work Location: Noida, sector 60

Role Overview:

Educational Qualifications:

Work Experience Essential

Exposure to similar role for a minimum of 6 months.
Experience of working in 24/7 environment.

Experience Desirable

6 months or more experience in similar role.
Experience on live chat process/web chat/chat support

Basic Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidates to be having experience of International Chat Process background.

Key Responsibilities

Chat Support.
Candidates should be able to resolve customer issues.
Chat ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
Make sure customer needs are met Agents should follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and answer any additional questions.
