Job Title: International Calling Expert Location: Mohali Punjab Job Summary: We are seeking a confident, articulate, and results-oriented International Calling Expert to engage with potential or existing clients across global markets through outbound calls. The role involves cold calling, follow-up calls, and consultative selling or support to promote our services/products and generate qualified leads or enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound international calls to potential customers, partners, or clients based on campaign objectives. Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls, demos, or appointments for the sales team. Deliver clear, persuasive, and customized messaging aligned with customer needs and company offerings. Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality communication and professionalism. Update call records and client information accurately in CRM tools. Handle basic queries, objections, and initial client concerns with confidence and product knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies and scripts. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions. Stay informed about international market trends, target industry developments, and competitor activity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in international voice process , cold calling, telemarketing. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Prior experience in B2B or B2C international markets is strongly preferred. Comfortable working across various time zones. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, or HubSpot. Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
