Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in sales performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices for successful sales strategies.
Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide expert advice to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in international call center sales or similar role (outbound sales).
Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken) with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
