Lead For Revenue Generation specializes in Tech Support, Digital Marketing, Web & App Development, Appointment Setting & Lead Generation, Performance Based PPC Agency, and Social Media Marketing. We help businesses grow by leveraging technology and effective marketing strategies. Our primary focus is on delivering measurable and impactful results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    international business development

    across IT services, Digital Marketing, Real Estate (Dubai Market), and Cybersecurity.
  • Achieve and exceed the

    monthly revenue target of ₹20 Lakhs

    through strategic business development.
  • Generate leads via

    data nurturing, cold emailing, and cold calling

    .
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with

    qualified and verified prospects

    (all leads will be verified by the internal sales team).
  • Close deals independently and deliver revenue targets without a team structure.
  • Prepare and present

    case studies and sales achievements

    to clients when required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand service offerings (training on services will be provided).
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups, maintain CRM updates, and execute structured sales campaigns.


Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience

    , with at least

    5 years in International Business Development

    (Level 1 & Level 2 Company).
  • Proven track record in

    IT Sales, Digital Marketing, Real Estate (Dubai), and Cybersecurity

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    lead nurturing, cold calling, cold emailing, and B2B client acquisition

    .
  • MBA from a top-rated university

    (degree completed before 2020 is mandatory).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    target-driven remote environment

    .


Compensation Policy

  • Fixed Salary

    : ₹1,00,000 per month.
  • Incentives

    : Performance-based.
  • If monthly target/hot leads pipeline is not met,

    40% of salary will be released

    , and the remaining

    60% will be paid only after confirmed sales closures

    .

  • This is a

    remote, individual role

    – no team management or company-provided assets (laptop, etc.).
  • Only CRM access will be provided for work management.
