International Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
  
• Develop and execute international business strategies for pharmaceutical CDMO services, focusing on Latam markets.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients' needs in contract manufacturing, third party manufacturing, and other areas of expertise.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in international business development or a related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) from an accredited institution.
  
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through effective relationship-building skills.
