About the Role

International Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified

  international leads

  for IT services & software development projects.
• Work on

  IT lead generation portals & methods

  , including:

• Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Outreach

• Email Marketing & Cold Calling

• Data Mining & Market Research

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team for proposal submission.
• Nurture leads through follow-ups via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Maintain an updated CRM with leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Work in

  flexible time zones

  (US, UK, Australia, etc.) for client communication.

Requirements

• 0.6–2 years of experience

  in International Business Development / IT Sales / Lead Generation.
• Strong knowledge of

  lead generation methods & platforms

  (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Data Mining).
• Excellent

  verbal & written communication skills

  in English.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable working in

  flexible shifts
