Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International BPO Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and online sales or lead generation, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate new leads and arrange meetings with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Build and cultivate relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales process.
Implement designated plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to improving the functionality and optimization of the company's current sales activities.
Articulate business value to prospects and generate sales qualified leads, transitioning them to our Sales team.
Understand and correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements related to processing international orders.
Enter data into internal IT systems and report the results of your activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

Job Requirements

Demonstrates effective time management and planning/organizing skills to meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Works effectively with other members of the team to achieve common goals.
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English, including telephone etiquette.
Internet savvy and familiar with Internet E-Commerce and Microsoft Windows environment.
Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service, diligence, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing.
Experience in the ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry.
