International BPO Sales Executive

KV Group is looking for Voice Process Associates for an International process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuading skills, BPO/Sales experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services using scripts.

· Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in our services.

· Provide detailed information about our products or services, addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have.

· Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable services to meet those needs.

· Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.

· Answer questions about products or the company.

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

· Enter and update customer information in the database.

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

· Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.

· Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert inquiries into sales.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our Services.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a sales/customer service role is Plus.

· Able to successfully meet sales quota over the phone.

· Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

· Excellent knowledge of English.

· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week offs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,800.00 - ₹26,600.00 per month
