Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (call handling time, issue resolution, customer satisfaction).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and resolve escalated issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (any domain).
  • Candidates based in Bangalore preferred.
  • Immediate joiners only.
