Role & responsibilities

International Account Manager

Singapore, Dubai, and the wider APAC region

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee key international accounts across
Singapore, Dubai, and other APAC countries
.
Handle
salary processing, bank transactions, and tax-related activities
in compliance with regional regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing account, payroll, and banking-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and customized solutions.
Monitor financial, tax, and compliance requirements for assigned regions.
Provide regular reports and insights on account performance and compliance status to management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA preferred).
3 + years of experience
in international account management, payroll, and taxation.
Hands-on experience managing accounts in
Singapore, Dubai, and APAC region
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
regional banking systems, tax laws, and compliance standards
.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
