Job Description

Designation: Asst /Manager - Accounts and Finance

Compilation of Financials and other reports for submission to Banks as per loan covenants.
Attending and assisting in Statutory audits under Companies Act as well as Audits required as per Tax laws like VAT Law.
Ensuring legal compliances as per the Central and local laws like Income Tax, Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act (Sales Tax), Service Tax etc.
Handling Assessments and other work arising in the course of above laws.
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Overall responsibility Accounts and Finance Function.
Monthly MIS Reporting to management.
Preparation of need based reports as per requirements of Management.
Preparation of Annual Budgets, monitoring and Reporting of variances.
Process improvement
