*Requirements:*
- *Education:* MBA (Finance)
- *Experience:* 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably in FMCG or related industry.
- *Skills:*
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Tally).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
