Role Overview: As an Internal Sales professional at ITR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, your main responsibility will be to nurture relationships with customers, handle quotations, and meet sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and customers to ensure a smooth sales process that drives business growth. Building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers to enhance loyalty will be a key aspect of your role. Following up on both cold and warm leads, showcasing products effectively, and achieving sales goals are essential tasks. Continuous improvement of sales techniques will be necessary to enhance success rates while processing and managing customer quotations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Foster relationships with customers and promote loyalty. - Process and manage customer quotations. - Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure a seamless sales experience. - Follow up on both cold and warm leads to move them through the sales funnel. - Demonstrate products and services effectively to customers. - Achieve sales goals and objectives set by leadership. - Continuously improve sales techniques to boost success rates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree/ B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in mining, earthmoving, and construction equipment spare parts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - SAP system experience is a plus.,
