Role & responsibilities

skilled Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits across hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Procurement, etc.)
  • Identify process gaps and recommend effective control measures
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Support management in risk assessments and compliance reviews
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/CIA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    Internal Audit within the hospitality or hotel industry

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
