Job Description

Role & responsibilities

skilled Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Procurement, etc.)
Identify process gaps and recommend effective control measures
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial standards, and regulatory guidelines
Support management in risk assessments and compliance reviews
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/CIA preferred)
3–6 years of experience in
Internal Audit within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
