Job Description

- Experience Required : 3+ Years

- Candidate should be open to travel to Middle East location as required.

Should possess strong knowledge of
upstream and downstream oil & gas processes
, including production, processing, and supply chain interfaces.
Experience in reviewing
plant operations, maintenance practices
, and
preventive maintenance programs
, including assessment of equipment reliability and downtime controls.
Understanding of
calibration processes
for critical instruments and control systems, and validation of calibration schedules and compliance with standards.
Familiarity with
chemical injection processes
, including controls over dosing, monitoring, storage, and safety practices.
Working knowledge of
basic environmental compliances
applicable to the oil & gas sector, including waste management, emissions, effluents, and statutory reporting.
Exposure to
well integrity management
, including review of barriers, monitoring mechanisms, and compliance with integrity standards.
Understanding of
Alarm Management Systems
, including alarm configuration, prioritization, monitoring, and compliance with industry best practices.
Ability to perform
ledger scrutiny
and financial reviews linked to plant operations, maintenance costs, consumables, and inventory.
Knowledge of
production and supply processes
, including planning, scheduling, reconciliation, and operational KPIs.
Strong understanding of
plant operations and safety systems
, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), emergency response, and incident management.
Familiarity with
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems
, including compliance with safety procedures and verification of isolation controls.
