Role Overview

CA-qualified Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  end-to-end internal audits

  for finance, accounts, and operational processes across CarePal Group companies.
• Evaluate and enhance internal control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with

  accounting standards

  ,

  tax regulations

  ,

  FCRA

  , and

  80G requirements

  (as applicable).
• Perform

  risk assessments

  and recommend improvements to financial and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to address audit findings.
  
• Review and analyze

  financial statements

  , reconciliations, and MIS reports for accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with statutory obligations, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
  
• Provide actionable insights to senior management to mitigate risks and improve financial performance.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit findings with clear recommendations.
  

Requirements

• Education:

  Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is

  mandatory

  .

• Experience:

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, finance, or risk management.
  

• Big 4 background

  (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian GAAP

  ,

  tax laws

  , compliance frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
