Role & responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 34 clients. Responsibilities include:

Execution and Delivery

• Perform or assist with

  Risk Assessment

  ,

  Scoping

  ,

  Walkthroughs

  , and

  Process Documentation

  including

  Flowcharts

  .
• Conduct

  Test of Design (TOD)

  and

  Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE)

  for process controls.
• Ensure testing aligns with the

  test procedures

  and

  control descriptions

  outlined in the

  Risk and Control Matrices

  .
• Draft

  Process & Control Documentation

  , including

  Risk & Control Matrices

  ,

  Flowcharts

  , and

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  .
• Participate in regular

  status calls

  with client and onshore team members.

Project Management

• Assist Assistant Manager / Manager in tracking project deliverables such as

  time tracking

  ,

  status reporting

  , and

  review templates

  .
• Highlight issues and provide recommendations proactively.

Budgets and Timelines

• Ensure adherence to

  turnaround times

  and

  budget allocations

  .
• Proactively alert engagement leads in case of anticipated deviations.

Scheduling and Utilization

• Keep work schedules updated to ensure sufficient workload and meet

  utilization criteria

  .

Team Support

• Onboard new team members to the project and address engagement-related queries.
• Support executives with project-related guidance and issue resolution.

Methodology and Compliance

• Apply

  Big 4 methodologies

  and demonstrate global values and behaviors in work execution and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with

  Risk Management policies

  .

Continuous Learning

• Participate in

  knowledge enhancement

  and

  knowledge sharing sessions

• Comply with the firms

  Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

  requirements

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of experience performing Internal Audit, internal controls, Operational, Regulatory and Compliance audits in other Big 4 or Consulting organizations.

This role only requires Non IT auditors.
