Internal Audit Executive

As an Internal Audit Executive in Baroda, you will play a vital role in conducting internal audits for various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting internal audits as per audit plans and standards. - Evaluating internal controls, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements. - Performing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Preparing working papers, audit reports, and documentation in adherence to professional standards. - Coordinating with clients to gather information, clarify audit findings, and finalize reports. - Assisting in operational, financial, and compliance audits as needed. - Supporting seniors and partners in executing end-to-end audit assignments. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 2+ years of internal audit experience, preferably with a CA firm. - Educational background in B.Com/M.Com. Inter CA candidates are also welcome to apply. - Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control systems. - Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation. - Good communication, analytical, and report-writing skills. - Ability to handle client interactions professionally and work both independently and in a team. Preferred attributes include: - Experience in managing multiple audits simultaneously. - Exposure to various industries. - Ability to work effectively under deadlines and deliver quality output.
