Job Description: CMA / Inter CA (Not Pursuing CA) Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Location: Ahmedabad Role Type: Full-time | On-site About the Role We are looking for a highly competent CMA or Inter CA (who is not pursuing CA further) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support core functions such as accounting, financial reporting, MIS, auditing, and CFO-level financial management for clients across diverse industries. You will work directly with Chartered Accountants/CFOs and handle end-to-end financial operations independently. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other ERP systems. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, IND AS (if applicable), and statutory requirements. Handle general ledger operations, reconciliations, and closing activities. Taxation (Direct & Indirect) Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns). Prepare and compute TDS, file TDS returns, and manage related compliances. Assist in preparation of Income Tax working, advance tax computation, and documentation. Audit Support Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit assignments. Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and ensure timely closure. CFO / MIS Support Prepare detailed MIS reports including cashflows, profitability, variance analysis, budget vs actuals, etc. Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for clients. Assist CFO/team in financial analytics and decision-support tasks. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with ROC filings, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks (as applicable). Maintain accurate records, documentation, SOPs, and controls. Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand business requirements and provide timely financial insights. Handle queries, document requests, and provide professional support. Required Qualifications CMA (Qualified) OR Inter CA (Completed IPCC) and NOT pursuing final CA Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm, finance department, or consultancy firm. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and financial statements. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Excel (advanced), and other accounting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Strong communication and documentation skills. High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience working in a CA firm, audit firm, or CFO services environment. Exposure to financial modelling, MIS dashboards, or budgeting. Experience with cloud accounting tools (Zoho, QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.).
