Internal Audit- Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare Risk Based Internal Audit plan and define auditable scope

2. Perform Risk Based Internal Audits of various functions of the organization and test control effectiveness, financial reliability and regulatory compliances with all applicable directives, circulars, rules and regulations issued by various regulators

3. Obtain required documents to undertake audits such as policies, processes, procedures, auditable datasets, reports, flowcharts etc. and analyse required details to perform effective audits including thematic audits

4. Document findings and propose recommendations that deal with root cause of issues and impact to the organisation

5. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding SEBI / Stock Exchanges circulars, rules, regulations, standards etc

6. Preferred have basic knowledge of Broking industry processes, broking compliance, internal controls and statutory compliances with respect to taxation.

7. Tracking of open issues, follow-up with the auditee stakeholders, validation of closure responses and ensure sustained closure.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Fresher qualified CA can applied

2. Minin to 3 years of experience in Audit profile.

2. Willing to work in Team and collaborate with various Auditee stakeholders / parent and subsidiary companies stakeholders.

3. Ability to handle large amounts of data, derive the desired outcome to compile in detailed audit reports.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate audit issues, root-cause, risks and advice to stakeholders

5. Proficient in MS office (Excel/Word and Power point) and should be technically sound to use various software, tools and databases.
