Job Role: Partnership/ Supply Intern We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Partnership Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the dynamic field of global hospitality partnerships. During this 6 month internship, you'll gain comprehensive insights into the online hospitality industry and learn the intricacies of building successful collaborations. Depending on your performance, this internship may lead to a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities: Proactively identify, engage, and onboard potential serviced apartment partners, expanding our network within the region. Assist in supplier content management, including uploading properties to our database/portal to support continued growth. Collaborate with the sales and booking teams to address inquiries requiring new suppliers, and work together on new client acquisitions and onboarding. Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential partners. Conduct market research and analysis to identify partnership trends and opportunities. Assist in developing partnership proposals and presentations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution. Help monitor and evaluate partnership performance, offering recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Preferably 0-1 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry with knowledge of the travel-trade ecosystem. Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field are also welcome to apply. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Practical, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Good geographical knowledge. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proactive and self-motivated attitude. What's in It for You: The selected candidate will work from our Navi Mumbai office. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000, depending on the interview. The internship lasts for six months, with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion.
