Intern - Supply Chain

• What you will do: Support tactical sourcing goals by actively working with suppliers to ensure all the RFQ s and quotes are received on time Maintain database for all the RFQ and prepare quote comparison Support the SCM team to perform a monthly report out of RFQ s with action plan For matters beyond their control, perform the necessary escalations and co-ordinate with concerned departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Support compliance and audit readiness documentation within the SCM function
• Travel domestically within India when necessary to bring issues to closure

What makes you an ideal candidate:

• An Engineering graduate, preferred Mechanical Knowledge of MS office Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and should be multi-lingual to be able to effectively communicate to suppliers across India
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all team members and suppliers
• High degree of ethics and personal conduct
• Must be able and willing to travel domestically when required
