Role & Responsibilities

As an intern at Sumona, you will:

• Support ongoing projects across multiple verticals within the organisation

• Assist with research, data analysis, and basic documentation

• Create content and presentations related to mental health and performance

• Work on Canva-based designs, reports, and communication material

• Collaborate with psychologists, researchers, and performance professionals

• Contribute to unique, real-world projects in behavioural science and applied psychology

This role offers exposure to practical applications of psychology, mental health frameworks, and performance-oriented interventions.

Who Can Apply (Qualifications & Skills)

• Strong research, data analysis, written communication, and organisational skills

• Basic proficiency in Canva and content creation

• Interest in psychology, behavioural sciences, mental health, or performance excellence

• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a multidisciplinary environment

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or related fields

• Passion for mental well-being, human performance, or evidence-based interventions is a strong plus
