Job Description

Fi Money is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. With Fi, you can save, pay, invest, or borrow, all in one place. You can track and analyze your expenses across Fi and all your other bank accounts. You can also apply for a credit card, access instant loans, and grow your wealth and more with our range of investment options.

We re looking for a Risk Operations Intern to support our Risk team in monitoring, analyzing, and managing financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic working knowledge of Excel. You ll get hands-on exposure to risk processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You ll Do

-Assist in monitoring transactions for potential fraud, compliance, or operational risks.

-Work with the team to investigate alerts and anomalies.

-Maintain and update risk databases and reports.

-Use Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret transaction and operational data.

-Support the design and implementation of new risk checks and processes.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, product, and compliance.

What We re Looking For

-Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Familiarity with basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables).

-High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data.

-Curiosity to learn and eagerness to work in a high-growth fintech environment.

Interview Process

1)Data Interpretation + Aptitude Test

2)Two rounds of interviews with the Risk & Operations team
