Role Overview:
As an Intern Photographer & Video Creator, you will support our visual content team to capture and create compelling photography and video assets that reflect our brand, projects, installations, field activities and team culture. You’ll work under mentorship and gain hands-on experience in real-world shoots and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning photo & video shoots for project sites (industrial installations, corporate interiors, on-site teams) including equipment setup, location survey, lighting.
  • Capture high-quality photographs: project progress, finished installations, team in action, corporate events.
  • Record video footage: site walkthroughs, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, social media snippets, brand story videos.
  • Post-production: edit photographs (colour correction, retouching) and edit videos (cutting, adding graphics/music, appropriate format for social media, company website).
  • Maintain and organise asset library: raw footage, final edits, metadata, backups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications and operations teams to align visual content with brand message and project timelines.
  • Stay updated with photography/videography trends, equipment and tools; bring creative ideas for content.
  • Be flexible in schedule: shoots may involve field visits, varying hours and sometimes outdoors/industrial environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Photography, Videography, Film & Media, Visual Arts or related field.
  • Basic knowledge & hands-on experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting gear.
  • Basic understanding of video capture (camera settings, framing, audio) and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • A creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in team environments and open to feedback.
  • Portfolio or sample of photography/video work is a plus.

Desirable/Pluses:

  • Experience with social media formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video) and mobile cinematography.
  • Skills in motion graphics (After Effects) or basic colour-grading.
  • Familiarity with branding and corporate visual language.
  • Comfortable visiting industrial/field sites and adapting to onsite constraints (lighting, space, gear).

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
